1. Usage Agreement

By installing SchedulerPro, you acknowledge that you are providing the infrastructure (Google Account/Spreadsheet) and we are providing the logic ("The Brain").

2. Ownership & Control

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of your data and your Google Spreadsheet.

• Our Logic: Embedinker retains all intellectual property rights to the SchedulerPro script and logic engine.

3. User Responsibility & Intermediary Edits

• Spreadsheet Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the structure of your spreadsheet. Deleting or renaming columns required by the app might cause the logic to fail.

• Workflow Risk: SchedulerPro is designed for a "Composed Action" workflow. While we have implemented mitigations, the manual editing of intermediary results during the workflow carries an inherent risk of data loss or synchronization drift. By using the app, you accept this operational risk.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: SchedulerPro is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Infrastructure Limits: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Google Workspace outages or reaching Google’s daily script execution quotas.

• Liability Cap: In no event shall SchedulerPro or Embedinker be liable for any data loss, scheduling errors, or indirect damages arising from the use of this automated tool.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for managing permissions and access to your own Google Spreadsheet and Calendar.
