SchedulerPro is committed to data sovereignty. Because you provide your own Google Account™ as the infrastructure, your data remains under your control.

1. Data Access & Usage

Our script only accesses your Google Calendar and Spreadsheet data to perform the specific scheduling tasks you initiate. SchedulerPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs™ will adhere to Google API™ Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Data Storage, Transmission & Protection Mechanisms

We do not store your calendar events or personal information on external servers. All scheduling logic is processed within the Google Workspace™ environment.

For the purpose of schedule optimization, the app transmits transient "free/busy" blocks to our scheduling engine.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between our application, the scheduling engine, and Google APIs™ is strictly encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.

• Transient Data Processing: This data is never stored permanently, is not cached on external servers beyond the active processing session, and is used exclusively to reassemble your schedule for display within your installed plugin.

• Administrative Protections: Access to internal application infrastructure is strictly restricted to automated processes necessary for executing core scheduler functionality.

3. Permissions

The app requires permission to manage spreadsheets (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly), calendar events, and to identify your Google email address. These are used exclusively to sync your "Roadmap" to your "Calendar" and ensure secure access to your own files.

4. Third Parties & Human Access

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

• No Advertising: Your data is never used for advertising purposes.

• No Human Review: We do not allow human access to your calendar or spreadsheet data unless you provide explicit consent for troubleshooting support.

5. Data Deletion & Retention

Your Spreadsheet™ and Calendar™ data are private to your account. We only retain access to user data for as long as necessary to fulfill user-initiated actions. You may revoke access or delete your data at any time by removing the plugin, disconnecting your account via your Google Security™ settings, or deleting the spreadsheet.
